We are grateful to our previous renters for their care of rental units while in their possession. But sometimes, it's nice to know a little more. Click the link below for our Terms and Conditions for Camper Rentals.
One of the helpful suggestions we have received is to make available contents list so renters know what they don't need to bring. Click on the Camper Contents List to view this list.
We do not guarantee the longevity of any batteries. All trailer rentals come with a fully charged battery. Once the battery dies, it is your responsibility to charge it or use flashlights and battery-operated lanterns. Also, make sure you bring coolers for your food as we do not guarantee the duration of the fridges on battery or propane. This especially applies to all sites with no electrical hookups.
For rental of one week or longer, we will strive to leave you two batteries, but we do not guarantee it.
We do not guarantee the capacity of waste holding tanks, and we only empty them at the end of the rental agreement. If a holding tank needs cleaning during your stay, we can provide that service at a $75 service fee, including travel time, unless outside our delivery area.
Mechanical things do break down from time to time. We will do our best to make sure everything is in working order when we do the setup. Please advise us immediately of anything that breaks down while you are using the trailer.
Please leave the trailer reasonably clean, including all dishes and utensils. If we have to clean your dishes, there will be a $25 service fee.
Please Note: Ignore section 3a under the insurance terms. No form is needed.
